A Burden Or A Blessing - Only Time Will Tell

A thousand piece round puzzle has been laid upon my table,
I wonder what it will reveal, the truth or just some grand fable.

The box in which it came in has mysteriously disappeared.
Maybe a completed puzzle is something to be feared.

But as I find two pieces that fit neatly into place,
I begin to feel in some way this effects the human race.

When I try to walk away, as I often attempt to do,
The gravity of it's concept keeps returning to my view.

It makes me question my own sanity, I know you all do to.
But, one thing is for sure,
The worlds I no longer do.
